If you read through the entire guide we are certain that about 99% of your corset buying questions will be answered.Purchasing a corset is a very important decision.Because of this we have tried to put together this corset buying guide to help answer any questions you might have.Real Corsets VS.There are many factors that go into choosing the proper corset.

Lingerie Corsets or Corset Tops Lingerie corsets or corset tops are great for wearing out as you would any other top but should not be considered a corset. This guide is for our real corset line, not for the selection of corset tops we carry.

How our pricing works:

This is the price that will be added on to the base price listed to make the total amount due for that corset style in that fabric/color choice. When you use the pull down menu to choose the fabric you would like to order your corset in you may see a price in (parenthesis) next to the color/fabric.

Each of the corset styles has a base price that is listed on it's details page.

For example if the base price is $100 and you see "Black Moiré (00)" in the color pull down menu $32 will be added on to the base price for a total price of $2 When you go to "Check Out" the price will reflect the total purchase price.Usually this price is based on ordering it in satin

Fabrics and Colors:

If you see a fabric you like from their selection but it is not offered in the corset style wish to purchase please contact us for a quote on how much it will cost to have it made in that fabric for you.

For the Vollers corset line any of they styles you see is available in any of the fabrics and colors they offer.

Size Chart:

Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions you might have.We will contact you to talk about the right size before your order is processed.

We ask that you include your measurements in the comments box when you make your purchase. It is often confusing and intimidating and we would rather work with you directly to find the size and style that will work best for your needs. We have decided not to post the corset size chart on the website. Our corset lines will accommodate someone of any size, from tiny to plus size, and all tastes (gothic, fetish, bridal, traditional, transgender, etc).

How to select the right size for your waist:

It is our recommendation that you select the size that is 4 inches below your natural waist measurement if your natural waist is under 34".If your natural waist is over 34" we recommend that you select the size that is 6 inches below your natural waist measurement.

What's the best size for your torso:

It is our suggestion that those that are short in the torso area should avoid long-line styles.Where as those who are tall and/or long in the torsos can benefit from just about any style.

How to measure yourself for your corset:

Over Bust - measure around your chest about one inch above your nipple line
Under Bust - measure around your rib cage from where your breasts start to curve (note this is not from where they hang to).
Natural Waist - measure around your waist about one inch above your belly button or where your waist is it's thinnest
High Hips - measure around your waist about 3 - 4 inches below your natural waist
Full Hips - measure around your hips where they are their fullest, usually about 6" below your natural waist line

A tip on measuring is to look at yourself in the mirror and make sure that you are not angling the tape measure up or down as this will give you a false measurement.Note for if you are taller or have a longer torso the high hip location may vary.

What measurements to include when you order:

Please provide Over Bust, Natural Waist, and Hip measurements with your order to ensure that you're getting a properly fitted garment.
